An MSP takes responsibility for managing and maintaining a company’s IT systems and infrastructure on an ongoing basis. Traditional IT support is reactive — you call when something breaks, they fix it, and you pay per incident. An MSP is proactive — we monitor your systems (cloud or on-premise) continuously, manage security, data protection, apply patches and plan ahead, all for a predictable monthly fee. You spend less time dealing with IT problems and more time running your business.

Engagements include a one-time onboarding fee to cover discovery, setup and transition, followed by a predictable monthly subscription for ongoing managed services. Data security is central to everything we do. SMSSB is NACSA certified and all customer data is handled in-country by Malaysian-resident staff. We apply layered cybersecurity across endpoint, identity, network and email — and we report regularly (monthly/quarterly) so you always know where you stand.

Yes. SMSSB manages cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Huawei & Ali Cloud), on-premise and hybrid environments. We design the architecture that fits your business and manage it end-to-end — so you’re not locked into one model or one vendor.

SMSSB offers two maintenance tiers. Basic coverage runs Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 (excluding Malaysian public holidays). Premium coverage is 24 hours daily, Monday to Sunday. You can reach our support hotline at +6012-513 7237 during your covered hours.

Discovery typically takes two to three weeks, followed by four to six weeks for tooling deployment, runbook setup and cut-over. Urgent transitions can be accelerated. We dual-run with your incumbent provider where needed to ensure a clean handover.
