Identity-aware sharing

Staff sign in with the company login they already use (Microsoft 365 / Entra ID) — so there are no extra passwords to manage, and when someone changes role or leaves, their access updates automatically.
Audit & compliance
See who opened, edited, shared or downloaded any file, and when — a complete record for every user and admin. Set how long files are kept, and lock down records that must be preserved for legal or audit purposes. Sync & roaming
