MANTIS Issue Tracking System
 
SMS provides technical support and software maintenance services to customers who renew their maintenance contract annually. There are 2 category to the support and maintenance contract: Basic and Premium. Please refer to Support Commitment section for detail information.
Should customer require technical support for our software, they can make use of our MANTIS Issue Tracking System to log a support request. For Critical issue, customer can make a follow-up call (1 hour after loggin the case in MANTIS) to the hotline at +60-3-2718 1038. Our engineer will be contacted and return call to the customer concerned.
